Prenatal Mat & Reformer Pilates
A group for mummies to be, this gentle workout supports your body’s changes and prepares you for labor.
Every Tuesday (prenatal mat pilates) & Thursday (prenatal reformer pilates) at 6pm.

Postnatal Mat Pilates
Postnatal Pilates is a gentle yet effective way for new mothers to regain strength, core stability and flexibility after childbirth.
Monday 1pm, Tuesday 12, Wednesday 130pm.

Reformer Pilates
All abilities are welcome to our small group classes, we hold a maximum of 4 people per class to ensure all goals and levels are supported.
Monday & Wednesday 5, 6, 7pm & Saturdays 8, 9, 10am.

Private Reformer Pilates
For those who prefer private sessions or just a session with a friend. Choose our 1:1 or 2:1 options for personalised Reformer Pilates classes.
